If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your results, please let us know within seven days so we can make it right—at no additional cost.

While we do not offer refunds for services, retail products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellations & Courtesy

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we may offer that time to another guest. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service value.

Amazing Artizens guarantees all of our work. If you are not happy with your results within 2 weeks, we will make it right – at no additional cost to you. There are no refunds for services received.

Your artist will consult with you before beginning any service to customize your experience and provide an accurate price based on your needs.
