Our Associate Program is an immersive 8–10 month journey designed to bridge the space between beauty school and a thriving salon career. It’s a hands-on, mentorship-based experience that blends real-world learning with creative exploration, all within a culture rooted in artistry, excellence, and care.
Each emerging artist is thoughtfully paired with one of our seasoned mentors—professionals who are not only masters of their craft but passionate educators. Through one-on-one coaching, technical refinement, and daily collaboration, Associates gain the skills and confidence to translate creativity into a successful, sustainable career.
By the end of the program, our Associates don’t just step behind the chair—they step fully into their potential: equipped, inspired, and ready to create beauty that’s deeply personal and authentically their own.
